Christine, Dental Assistant
As our most seasoned staff member Christine has been
serving alongside the doctor for 16 years. She began her
career as a dental assistant at the tender age of 15 and
after 5 years of working part time as an assistant for a
local orthodontist she joined Dr. Carole and has been assisting her ever since. Christine has a license in Radiology from the Monmouth County Vocational School for Radiology and is one of the best assistants on the job. She goes out of her way to make sure every patient feels comfortable, relaxed, and not afraid to come back. Her main goal as an assistant is to make every procedure painless and for every patient to smile and love their teeth. Outside of the office Christine enjoys spending time with her husband and their new daughter, Brooke as well as taking their dog Nole on walks at the dog park.

Kathy, Office Manager
When you first walk into the office you can’t miss the smiling face of our wonderful office manager Kathy. She holds degree from Stuart School of Business in medical office administration and continues to educate herself in the newest advancements in dental billing and coding. Kathy understands that for some people coming to a dentist office can create anxiety, so she goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcomed and brings an air of hospitality to the office. Her main goal as the office manager is to make sure any questions patients have regarding insurance, billing, and any other matters are answered in a helpful and clear fashion. In her free time she enjoys spending time with husband and family as well as caring for her 4 dogs. She also enjoys horseback riding, gardening, shopping, and knitting.

Jeannie, Scheduling Coordinator
Another familiar face you will see up at the front desk is Jeannie. She gained experience as a unit secretary in hospitals and in medical data management for a research organization before joining our team as our scheduling coordinator. Always with a smile on her face, Jeannie enjoys interacting with patients and her goal is to make sure everyone feels welcomed and comfortable and ultimately leaves the office with a smile. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children as well as camping, reading, and riding on the back of her husband’s motorcycle.

Laura, Registered Dental Hygienist
New to our staff, Laura is a registered dental hygienist with over 4 years in the dental field. As a graduate of University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Dental Hygiene school, Laura is not only a member of the ADHA but is also trained in the administration of local anesthesia. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, visiting new places, and of course, shopping. In addition to the experience she obtained in dental hygiene school and as a registered dental hygienist she also has experience as a dental assistant and appointment coordinator. Laura strives to make every patient feel comfortable by keeping the environment friendly and open for questions.
Her overall goal as a dental hygienist is to have patients leave happy and healthy with all the tools and knowledge to keep their smile forever.

Jennifer, Registered Dental Hygienist
Our resident hygienist Jennifer has been in the business of helping patients maintaining their teeth for 21 years. After 10 years of dental assisting, Jenifer continued her dental career by attending University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and has been a dental hygienist ever since. She is a member of the ADHA and is experienced in periodontal, pedo, and general practices. Jennifer prides herself on her outgoing and upbeat personality and also her informative and understanding decorum. In her free time you can find her boating, baking, biking, and spending time with her family. Jennifer’s main overall goal is to make your visit comfortable and educational as well as making the patient feel they are getting the best care possible.

Kristine, Registered Dental Assistant
New to our staff is Kristine. She is a registered dental assistant with almost six years of experience in the dental field under her belt. She is currently still in school studying to become a dental hygienist. She is trained in general chair side assisting and infection control. As a dental
assistant she is very personable and always smiling. She does her best to make sure the patient is comfortable and have the patient leave 100 percent satisfied in the work, comfort, and attention they received. Outside the office you can find her studying for school or enjoying a yoga
or zumba class. Her overall goal is help improve the patients smile, confidence, and appearance during each and every visit.
